Matt McGill

Executive Pastor

Matt grew up in Tustin, and returns there often for good tacos and Kean coffee.

He graduated from Azusa Pacific University with degrees in Biblical Studies and Psychology. Matt has served in full time ministry since 1995 working in a variety of churches and ministry roles. He has served students, various adult ministries, and served on the preaching team.

Matt is passionate to see people grow closer to God, both unbelievers and believers. This is why he loves all kinds of questions and even skepticism. Matt cares deeply about helping others read the Bible better on their own and discovering their God given gifts and mission.

In 1996, Matt made the incredibly wise decision to marry Misha. They have five kids, all boys: Max, Marc, Morgan, Miller, and Mac.

In his free time, Matt likes to read science fiction and spend time in the garage where he puts his very amateur woodworking skills to practice (some would say mal-practice).
